hi all, just thought i'd shear with you the ever changing faces of mars. i have two images here taken 3 hours and 28 minutes apart on the 11th to 12th. i used the toucam 840k, ultima barlow, C9.25, EQ6 mount. seeing conditions were good enough for once to capture decent detail at 10fps. each image is made up from 1800 frames each stacked in registax. final adjustments in paintshop. the past few nights have been just too dam cOld! to be out :-( but i'm hoping to catch mars again before he starts to srink from our sights!!! -6 clears skies tonight from county mayo! james. Very nice!
No such thing as "too cold", only inadequate clothing....
