John, your trained eye is getting the better of me because I can only see two others apart from M51!

Guys, I'm going for the atlas :>) Cracker shot Martin. Martin have you ever checked out how dark Parkanur Forest Park is? Was there today and didn't see many lights about. Pook

Hi Pook, Thanks for your kind comments. Yes I have considered imaging from Parkanaur. It is a dark site and I may do some widefield imaging in the near future from there. All my Epsilon imaging takes place from urban Dungannon. I live about 1/2 mile from the town centre. A combinition of extremely fast optics and an Astronomik light pollution filter makes imaging a pleasure. I'm attaching a negative image of M51 and its surroundings to assist with the galaxy count.
