Hi guys, Took this from the seashore at Carnfunnock yesterday evening. Scope was a £40 Skylux, camera was a Minolta DSLR which cost a little more! Taken towards the end of the eclipse at 2034 BST when the Moon has cleared the worst of the atmospheric haze. 1/25th second, ISO 200. RAW mode proceessed in ACR 3 and Photoshop Elements 3. www.pevans.me.uk/images/lunareclipse060907square02.jpgEnjoy! Paul.

Hi Paul,
I missed the eclipse, doh! Nice pic, thanks for sharing. Seems like I missed a really good one. A rare combination of very low angle, perigee and amazingly clear skies? Robert.

Nice image Neill, it's always good to see things in context to the surroundings! Will get it into the gallery soon! Cheers, Robert.

Hi Paul,
Late reply, as I have only now got a chance to register!
Nice photo - as were your others of NLCs.
There will be a nice Total Lunar Eclipse in March, so hope it's clear for some more good opportunities.
