Got a last chance at 1045 today, you can just about see the main spot tight on the limb near the bottom. There is quite an area of faculae around it. 1046 seems quite active still though may be a bit smaller than the 12th. Very difficult conditions with the drifting cloud and boiling atmos. And a not so good try at 1046!

Nice images .... I was unable to observe today due to other commitments Would have been six days in a row, surely unprecedented for February. Yes the Sun does seem to be quietening down a bit.
