Hi All, well as I mentioned at the meeting on Wednesday, Storm Stella has put paid to any prospect of observing this weekend with rain coming in again on Saturday evening. The good news on the horizon is that prospects are looking better for next weekend 24th and 25th - we'll try and pick the better night closer to the time!

Super Aurora image last night Paul. Hopefully the cold clear nights will hang around till the weekend. An Aurora during the Messier Marathon would be very cool. Another future event to note is that the 1st choice for the April session is the same weekend as the peak of the Lyrid Meteor shower (night of Fri 21st).
