Hello all. I am a member of NIAAS and only become aware of this club after my wife bought a pair of binoculars from one of your members for my christmas present. I am from Lisburn and didn't realise there were meetings so close to me! I will be trying to get to the one the 22nd Jan (the 8th is my sons birthday). Hopefully you don't mind if i pop along even though i'm from a different club?!
thanks, Colin.

You'll be very welcome! Bring your son too ... Of course we'll try to persuade you to join us so bring your wallet BTW there is no obligation to resign from the other lot!

Hi Colin, Delighted if you come along and there's no obligation to join! See if you like it first. I, as well a a number of us are also members of NIAAS, so duality of both clubs has been the norm for a long time. We have a very good speaker programme as well as observing nights and encourage younger members to come along. I too also live in Lisburn so if I don't meet you at the NIAAS meeting tomorrow night, then I look forward to seeing you on the 22nd. at QUB. Kind regards Philip IAA Membership Sec.
