Hey guys!
Well I'm currently looking for pretty much any opportunity to get out and use my new scope (Celestron C8) and even though the moon is pretty full at the moment, I'm thinking of heading up to Delamont tomorrow night as the forecast looks to be pretty decent.
So if anyone else fancies it let me know, as some company is always welcome.
Ciarán.

Ciaran,
Congrats on your new C8, you should see plenty of objects with that scope at delamont which has excellent skies. I can't make it tomorrow night but I hope you can get a possie together for a bit of craic, weather has been decent all week! Our next planned observing at Delamont is next weekend, 8-9th when the moon is well out of the way, we'll be hunting out some Messier objects. bring your scope down for a good workout!
David.

Thanks David. I think I'll leave it to next weekend then. I can only do the Friday night so hopefully the weather plays nice.

Ciaran, CORRECTION: Just checked my diary, forgot we are at St Patricks Academy in Dungannon Academy on the 8th March , so we won't be at Delamont next weekend but I hope to arrange some Messier observing at Delamont for the 15-16th as our Glenarm event on the 18th is postponed Clear skies David
