Beautiful warm sunny morning (but hazed up during the afternoon & has stayed that way ever since). Seeing was peculiar with slow "waves" of large disturbances which left the image pretty sharp ... but requiring a lot of processing!
Lots of activity but none of the individual ARs particularly noteworthy.
0951 UT. Coronado PST CaK, prime focus, DMK41
0957 UT. Solarscope 60, 0.5x focal reducer, DMK41
White Light activity: William Optics FLT 110, Lunt solar wedge, ND 3.0 & W29 (deep red) filters, 3x tele-extender, Imaging Source DMK21 camera.
AR 11184 is approaching the western limb.
1011 UT.
AR 11185 is east of the meridian in the northern hemisphere.
1006 UT.
AR 11186 is east of AR 11185: there is some overlap in these images.
1007 UT.
AR 11187 is in the southern hemisphere, near the eastern limb.
1008 UT.
A new AR, 11188, is in the southern hemisphere, near the meridian.
1009 UT.
A patch of faculae near the north east limb contains a few pores but appears not to have an active area designation.
1013 UT.
